“Prior to joining RAW, we were members at one of the local big box gyms. While we were dedicated to going to the gym and lifting weights, we just weren't getting the results we wanted and at the same time we weren't having any fun. We have always been dedicated to fitness, but we were stuck in the same old routine. RAW has challenged our norm and made us look at physical fitness differently. It hasn't been about just lifting weights. We have incorporated far more cardio into our workouts. RAW has an awesome selection of classes to take. RAWBOX is one of our favorites, but we also get a lot out of the Training For Warrior weight classes, Build A Butt and Hurricane. All of this came with GREAT instructors who are passionate about what they do and are dedicated to improving lives, one member at a time. I don't want to forget the members.
